General terms and conditions
The terms apply to the reservation and use of a parking space at M2 Parking — Park & Fly.
This is a translation for your convenience. The legally binding version is the Slovak wording; in the event of any discrepancy the Slovak text prevails.
The service is provided by ET SLOVAKIA s.r.o., Jasovská 39, 851 07 Bratislava, Company ID: 31361439, VAT ID: SK2020352609, and AUTOFIS, s.r.o., Grobská 16, 900 23 Viničné, Company ID: 35822970, Tax ID: 2021596929.
1. Ordering the service
a/ The customer (the person ordering the service) sends an electronic reservation of a parking space through the website www.parkfly.sk or through a travel agency or agency that is a contractual partner of the service provider, at the latest 18 hours before parking. It is important to enter all required data in the order form.
b/ On the basis of this reservation, the service provider secures a free parking space of 5 m x 2.5 m for the customer. The space is considered secured only if the client receives a “Reservation confirmation”, which the provider sends to the e-mail address given in the request for a parking space. The person ordering the service is obliged to present this confirmation on entering the car park.
The service provider may refuse to provide the service if the customer:
- a/ does not present the reservation confirmation,
- b/ enters untrue data in the order,
- c/ arrives at the car park 2 hours or more later than the time stated in the parking order, if the customer does not notify the car park staff of the delay in time.
If all parking spaces are reserved, the customer may use extra service no. 8 “urgent parking”.
2. Changing or cancelling the ordered service
The customer may change or cancel the ordered service at any time, but no later than 24 hours before arrival at the car park, free of charge on the website www.parkfly.sk/moje-rezervacie.html. If the order is not cancelled, or is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the customer is obliged to pay the full parking amount stated in the ordered service. If the service was paid by payment card, we recommend notifying the service provider of the cancellation by e-mail: parkovaniebratislava@gmail.com.
A parking refund is usually made within 3 days of receiving the e-mail.
3. Payment for the service and the parking price
The customer is obliged to pay for the service in one of the following ways:
- By cash or card at the POS terminal on arrival at the car park, according to the valid price list published on the website www.parkfly.sk. Payment for the service must be made in advance in EUR.
- Payment through a travel agency or agency (an intermediary). When the service is ordered through a travel agency that is a contractual partner of the service provider, the customer pays the required amount for the service directly at the travel agency (at the intermediary), and the payment is thereby considered made.
- Payment by payment card when booking via the website www.parkfly.sk/rezervacia.html.
- The parking price is set according to the price list published on the service provider's website www.parkfly.sk/#cennik. A surcharge for extra services or a night surcharge (arrival at or departure from the car park between 22:00 and 7:00) as stated on the above website may be added to the parking price. The parking prices shown on the Ryanair platform do not take the night surcharge into account, so this surcharge will be charged to customers separately on arrival at the car park if they request arrival at or departure from the car park between 22:00 and 7:00.
4. Subject of the service provided
The subject of the service provided is the rental of one parking space measuring 5 m × 2.5 m, located within the service provider's car park (hereinafter the “parking space”), intended exclusively for a motor vehicle with a maximum permissible weight of up to 3.5 t.
The customer acknowledges that the service provider is not obliged to allow the parking of a vehicle that exceeds the stated dimensions or weight limit, nor of a vehicle that by its nature does not correspond to a standard passenger motor vehicle, unless such a fact has been notified in writing in advance and expressly approved by the provider.
The maximum permissible vehicle length is 5.6 m. If it is more than 5.6 m and the customer agrees on parking with the service provider, the price will be calculated for 2 boxes. The service provider reserves the right to refuse to provide the service if the vehicle does not meet these parameters, without the customer being entitled to damages or any other compensation.
By delivering the “Reservation confirmation” to the customer and by its subsequent presentation, the service provider undertakes to secure one free parking space within the provider's premises, exclusively at the time and under the conditions stated in that confirmation. Outside this time frame the provider does not guarantee the availability of a parking space.
5. Liability and exclusion of liability
When a vehicle enters the car park, the service provider does not check whether the vehicle is damaged or not, and expressly accepts no liability for:
- theft of the vehicle,
- theft of its parts, accessories or items left in the vehicle,
- damage to the vehicle caused by a third party,
- damage to the vehicle as a result of force majeure events (in particular natural events, fire, flood, hail and the like).
The customer acknowledges that parking takes place at their own risk.
The price of the service provided does not include any insurance of the vehicle or its contents. The customer is obliged to arrange any insurance separately.
The service provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damage, lost profit or consequential damage arising in connection with the use of the parking space.
6. Transfer to the airport
The service provider provides the customer with a free transfer to the airport and back to the car park between 7:00 and 22:00 of the operating hours. This is a bonus for the client. Between 22:00 and 7:00 there is a night surcharge of €10. The transfer is provided only to M. R. Štefánik Airport Bratislava and back. The number of people (max. 4 people per reservation) must be stated by the person ordering when filling in the reservation. The provider will arrange the transfer to the airport within a maximum of 30 minutes of the arrival of the person ordering the service at the car park. The transfer from the car park to the airport takes about 5 minutes, depending on the traffic situation, once the parking formalities have been completed. The service provider is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or by an unforeseeable situation such as a traffic accident, an impassable road, a police road closure and the like. The person ordering the service is not entitled to compensation for damage caused by a delay of the transfer for the above reasons.
For the transfer from the airport to the car park, the operator is not liable for a delayed arrival of the flight, which may give rise to a surcharge for departure from the car park.
The provider will bring its transfer vehicle to a previously agreed place within a maximum of 30 minutes. The provider's vehicle will be brought to the airport to the place about which the person ordering the service is informed during their transfer to the airport.
7. Handover and return of the vehicle by the service provider and the person ordering the service
When taking over the vehicle, the service provider may ask the client for the vehicle key if the parking situation requires it. In such a case the vehicle may be moved during the parking period. When collecting the vehicle from the car park, the person ordering the service is obliged to present the vehicle documents if asked to do so by the car park staff.
On arrival at the car park, the person ordering the service unloads their luggage at the designated place and the driver parks the car in the designated space; when leaving the car park the driver brings the car to the luggage.
Open the vehicle doors carefully and do not walk with luggage between parked vehicles, so that damage to a neighbouring vehicle is avoided.
