How far is the car park from the terminal?
The car park is in the Pharos retail zone next to the Sconto furniture store, 2 km from the airport. The drive takes about 3 minutes.
What vehicles can I park with you?
Passenger cars and vehicles up to 3.5 t. The parking bays are 2.5 × 5 m, so the standard vehicle length is up to 5 m. A vehicle up to 5.6 m can be parked if notified in advance, with a €20 surcharge. If your vehicle is longer than 5.6 m, please call us in advance — it takes up two bays and is charged as two.
Is the car park open non-stop?
Yes, we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The site is fenced, lit and monitored by cameras.
Can I reach you at night?
Yes. Staff and telephone support are available around the clock. A €10 night surcharge applies to arrivals between 21:45 and 7:00, and a separate €10 surcharge to departures between 22:00 and 7:00.
How far in advance must I book?
Bookings can only be made online, at least 18 hours before arrival at the car park.
Can I come without a booking?
Only exceptionally, by arrangement with our staff and if a space is free, with a €10 surcharge. This is not possible at night.
Can a booking be cancelled or changed?
Yes, a booking can be cancelled or amended. Extending your stay costs €10 for each day started.
Is there a charge for the airport transfer?
Airport transfer in both directions is included in the parking price. A €10 night surcharge applies to arrivals between 21:45 and 7:00, and a separate €10 surcharge to departures between 22:00 and 7:00.
For how many people is the ride free?
The ride is free for up to 4 people. For 5 or more there is a €5 surcharge; we recommend dropping passengers and luggage at the airport first, after which the driver returns to the car park.
What do I do after landing?
Once you have your luggage, call the car park (please do not send a text) and we will come to collect you. At the car park you leave your luggage in the marked spot, walk to your car and bring it round to the luggage. That saves you wheeling cases between parked vehicles.
How can I pay?
On arrival at the car park — in cash or by payment card at the POS terminal. The booking is binding, but nothing is paid in advance. Online card payment is coming soon.
Is the site guarded?
The car park is fenced, lit and monitored by CCTV. Assistance is available around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Do I leave my car keys?
No. You park the car yourself in the space our staff shows you and take the keys with you. Neither keys nor documents stay with us.
